The kettle arrived exactly 3 months after my order - which is fine because we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I was using another one in the meantime. It arrived in perfect condition (box was smashed but it was very well packed) and it works perfectly, exactly as described, including the thermometer! Great value for price - recommended!
